Storage Rental Information
The J.B. Martin Recreation-Senior Center has storage available from fall to spring for campers, boats, automobiles, and trailers. Storage is always taken in the first FULL weekend in November and released the first FULL weekend in April.
The dates for the 2007-2008 storage season are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, November 2nd to 4th and Friday, Saturday, Sunday, April 4th to 6th.
The storage price is $8.00 per foot plus Ohio sales tax. The fee is due when the item is placed in storage along with proof of insurance. The 2006-2007 seasonal renters will be offered 1st chance of rental space for the 2007-2008 rental season. Rental space can be secured with a deposit of half down by April 15th, 2007. Failure to do so will result in said space being rented to the 1st party with deposit. There will be NO REFUND given for any reason/s.
All items placed in storage are in a locked down state. You cannot at any time work on or otherwise have access to your vehicle.

FALL TO SPRING STORAGE
- Campers, boats, automobiles, motorcycles, trailers, etc. are all measured from front to rear.
- Propane tanks must be removed and batteries unhooked
- Maintain fire, theft, etc. insurance
- Sign Liability waiver
- Cannot be over 10 feet tall
- Name, address and current phone number are required. We will call in the fall and spring to remind you of storage.
