
Registration can only be done by mail or in person. If you decide to pay by check, please make it payable to "City of St. Clairsville Department of Parks and Recreation". A registration form or rental contract is required for each class, league or rental. No refunds will be given on rentals. No refunds will be issued on a league, special event, camp rental, or any other program.
The Parks and Recreation Department has a non-resident fee for all participants who do not reside in the St. Clairsville-Richland School District. The non-resident fee is $5.00 per class or youth activity. Individuals, clubs, groups, or businesses are encouraged to contact the Recreation department if they have any interest in donating time, dollars, equipment, or materials in an attempt to provide the residents of the St. Clairsville area with quality recreational facilities and programming. The St. Clairsville Department of Parks and Recreation has a late fee policy. Any late registrations are charged a $5.00 late fee.
Various federal and state funding sources have been utilized to expand and develop facilities and programs. We would like to express thanks to the Ohio Department of Development and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for their help. Since 1981, the city has received grants totalling over $1,707,000 and in kind services of over $3,291,000 in federal and state monies, as well as numerous donations from local community businesses, clubs, organizations, and residents. Without these vital donations, our services would not be possible.
