The J. B. Martin Recreation Center is located on the Belmont County Fairgrounds in the heart of St. Clairsville. This multi-purpose building includes a gymnasium, meeting room and a full kitchen. Locker rooms are available for sports events. Further information is available by contacting the Recreation Department at 740.695.2037.
