J. B. Martin Recreation-Senior Center - Located on the Belmont County Fairgrounds, this multi-purpose building includes gymnasium and a meeting room. Shower and kitchen facilities are also available.

John Bukmir Athletic Fields - These two small softball fields are located on North Market Street Extension. These fields are used primarily for girls softball including the girls high school team games.

St. Clairsville City Reservoir - The city reservoir is stocked with fish in cooperation with the Management Program with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife. Fishing at the reservoir requires a State of Ohio Fishing License.

NO BOATS OR CANOES ALLOWED ON THE RESERVOIR.

South Park - Lighted basketball court and playground equipment.

St. Clairsville Jr. Sports Fields - These fields are located further north on N. Market Street Extension at the beginning of the National Road Bikeway. This is a 41 acre site which includes 5 baseball/softball fields and 1 multi-purpose field. This area is funded by Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant of $75,398.00. It was developed by the City of St. Clairsville Water, Electric, Street and Recreation Departments, U.S. Army Reserves, Belmont County Human Services, and St. Clairsville Junior Sports. The Recreation Department received notice from State Representative Charlie Wilson that the application for Ohio Nature Works funds in the amount of $50,000.00 has been approved through the Ohio Capital Bill. The project was funded and completed in the Spring of 2004. Work included improvements and illumination of the Mustang field as well as fencing for the flag football/soccer field. The dedication for this project was held on May 10th at 7:30 pm.

National Road Bikeway - Phase 1 of the bikeway extends 4.0 miles. The project features 532' long tunnel - 40' high, 2 level Plaza Overlook-Cave-Like interior; 60' high X 340' long elevated and curved bridge; Hub Park - 28' diameter gazebo in a traffic circle; Nature Walk; educational materials - labeled plants, walking tour brochure into the National Historic District; connector to many St. Clairsville destinations/trip generators; small kiosks/stops along the way; landscaping and natural setting.

Recreation Center Playground - Comcast Playground located at the JB Martin Recreation Center was a community built project spearheaded by the Downtown Revitalization Task Force. The playground was built in one day through dediction of nearly one hundred volunteers from the community and employees of Comcast.
