This year's camp will feature two different sessions: July 13-17 and July 20-24. This program is designed for boys and girls ages 4-12 and will feature individual and team sport, games, arts and crafts, nature study, guest speakers, field trips, special events, playground, and swimming. Orange drink will be provided, but please provide a sack lunch. The camps will run Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This program is co-sponsored by Thoburn United Methodist Church.

Will be held on June 16th and 17th. There is a team fee of $180.00 ($160.00 if paid by May 19th). The program is designed for high school Jr. Varsity team girls. Games will be held at St. Clairsville High School and St. Clairsville Recreation Center.
Will be held on Tuesdays from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm starting June 23rd and running until August 18th. Each concert will be held at the Belmont County Fairgrounds Red Devil Stadium. In case of rain, the concert will be held at the JB Martin Recreation Senior Center. Free Admission-donations accepted. Free parking. Concessions available.
Will be held on July 7,8, & 9 at the JB Martin Recreation-Senior Center, St. Mary's School, Union Local Schools (2 Gyms) and St. Clairsville High School. There is a team fee of $275.00 per team ($250.00 if paid by May 20th). The program is designed for high school girls. Last years Shootout had a field of 52 teams.
There will be a boys Jr. High Basketball Shootout for teams entering the 7th grade for the 2009-2010 school year. This shootout will be held July 21st and 22nd. Cost will be $140.00 per team with a six game guarantee.
This years AARP day will be held on Thursday, July 23. Meal to be at 12 noon. There will be crafts, health booths, and a DJ. The entertainment and food will be sponsored by the St. Clairsville Department of Parks and Recreation. This event is limited to the first 150 people to sign up. There will be no fee.
This shootout will be held July 27th and 28th at the St. Clairsville Recreation Center. Team fee is $140.00. There is a 4 game guarantee.
Will be held on Saturday, August 1st at 9:00 am at the St. Clairsville reservoir. Fee for this program is %5.00 for residents ($10.00 family) and $10.00 for non-residents ($15.00 family). Registration may be done in advance or at the city's reservoir from 8:00 am to 8:50 am on the day of the event. This event is for boys and girls ages 4-16. Trophies and fishing poles will be awarded to winners in each age group. Free hot dogs and Coke will be given to all participants at the conclusion of the tournament. Rain date to be announced.
To be held from 6:30 pm on Friday, August 7th to 6:30 am Saturday, August 8th at the St. Clairsville reservoir. Entry fee is $15.00 cash per resident and $20.00 cash per non-resident. Sign-ups will end promptly at 6:30 pm on August 7th at the reservoir. There will also be a "Big Catfish" contest, which is an additional $5.00 cash fee. Weigh in will be from 5:30 am till 6:30 am on August 8thy. Rules and regulations will be available at the St. Clairsville Recreation Center and at the St. C. Reservoir on August 7th.
