Ordinances can also be obtained in full at the Mayor's office in the Municipal building at 100 N. Market St., St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 or they can be viewed online by clicking on the Codified Ordinance link below.
The link below will take you to www.walterdrane.com, the web site for the company who manages the codified ordinances for the City of St. Clairsville. If the link does not take you directly to the St. Clairsville ordinances, select the "Quick Link" option in the upper right hand corner of their site.
