The City of St. Clairsville will receive sealed bids for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the WIDENING, RESURFACING, DRAINAGE, AND OTHER RELATED WORK beginning approximately 200 feet west from the intersection of US 40 (East Main Street) and Spring Avenue and extending east for 3460 feet to a point of termination.
