A Winter Reminder to the residents of the City of St. Clairsville. Please do not park on the street during a snow storm with greater than two inches of snow. Parked cars make it difficult as well as hazardous for City crews to plow the roads. Ordinance prohibits this and the owner of the car can be ticketed. Please help us to keep the streets of St. Clairsville safe during a snow storm and refrain from parking on the street during a storm. Thank you.
